Hi Mark! I have seen through the elusions since I was a young man. I have tried to fight the burocracy and have worked for companies and hated it. But I always worked hard for them till I could start my own business which I have done three times In my life now, and they went fine till I started having to hire people and started having to deal with all the buerocracies again. The taxes and regulations and the strangle hold that they always put on my businesses would always bring things crashing down especially when things got tough ecocnomically which always happens in a bussiness. how do you deal with the buerocracy and keep employees and still be able to give a good product or sevice at a price people can afford. This has always killed me I bring my prices up so that everyone in the business can make money then no one can aford the service anymore
