Hello Mark: In the first heirloom package it is stated that there is a 10 second miracle in book(3) my husband and i have not been able to find it where can we find it?. My husband has The NT DISCOVERY & NT INSTRUCTIONS I know he has used this knowledge in the past but don’t know how or when. I have worked in the service fields all my life, for over 30 years currently as a professional animal groomer, I enjoy doing this because every animal has a different personality and you have to work within that personality to complete the groom without harming the animal. What can i do to stop people who unknowingly use the Mini day format and end up hurting the animal and the profession.(HELP PLEASE)
