GE Greatful and Excited

I have been in and around business from a youngster and on occasion used integrated thinking and what you term as 10 second miracle without really realizing it until now. I’m excited to learn more on how to develop these techniques that they become second nature. I also like your terminology of “down stream focus” it’s all exciting. I’m grateful and bless to be a part of this process.
