hi mark , just finished listening to level two , in my job doing school maintenance I have to think outside the box all the time , I call it lateral thinking but the way you describe it , it is the ten second miracle in action , I have to view things differently to others , they think im strange but I prove them to be wrong and usually saves them money , so I think I have been experiencing the ten second miracle for some time , before I became a neothink member ,thanks
