The concept of the 10 second miracle has fixed in my mind the need to use statistics and income to look at my new business in order to succeed. Since I have implemented a numbers mini day I have been better able to optimize my market funnels resulting in reduction in most of my costs. I now compute different ratios and surprised at how I am learning to interpret those numbers With this tool I am gradually taking control of the money making components of my business. I am surprised at how naive I was in running my business…lol
Thank you Mark for this insight. Although I have not found my FNE, I am using the 10SM to jump-start my value creation and am seeing progress.
