It seems to me that ’10 seconds’ is conceptual. It could be as brief as a flash — a fraction-of-a-second spark once the right combination of fuel and oxygen exist — or a few seconds as pieces of the puzzle rapidly come into focus after a triggering event. Is there value in thinking of TSM is this way?
