reading about the ten second miracles really started me thinking about my family business. just as any other business, we need to increase our profits. I have been searching my mind and studying how to bring in more customers. so many people have told us they didn’t know we were here and they ended up going to our competition. we have been in business for 17 years. I am also still working on my FNE. I have gotten behind in my reading, I have not yet started on the two frank Wallace books you sent me. I am working full time at our business and working on ways to increase profits, the essence of business.
