I worked as an OSHA Inspector for eight years. During that time every time I would cite a company for a safety/health violation. Instead of just giving the company a citation, I would have to come up with a solution for that violation so nobody else would get hurt. I didn’t realize at that time what a Ten Second Miracle was. All I knew was that I didn’t want anyone else to get hurt.
