I had already oriented my day to include a numbers mini-day, but it was a little mechanical. After taking your advice, I had my own 10 second miracle. Suddenly, my projects and goals integrated into a clearly defined road map. I new exactly what to do next, and how my systems and marketing need to work together to really scale my business!
One thing I would add. For me, looking at the numbers was not enough. I needed to tell the story of the business from the numbers; to map them to the functioning of the business. That is when my 10 second miracle occurred.
