Hi, This discussion was the best!!! I am looking forward to my miracle month. Yes, you are right. The mind does become stagnant if not in proper use. Keeping the mind clean and healthy is very proper for male/female. Young and old. Our mind is like a machine. What you put in it does not always produce what you thought it would.
