Finances

Thanks again Mr. Hamilton! I am soon to be 64 in April, and receiving S.S. and Navy Retirement, on a limited budget. I need to know if I have to pay per year for the website at once to join or is there a monthly payment plan for it’s use. While I am truly grateful for this opportunity, I am afraid I cannot join it at this time….but I will in the next month or two if the entire amount is due.. My question is…will that be held against me progressing next month?? I am interested in joining an existing local group of Neo-Tech Local groups if one exists in the Orlando, Fl area …. so I guess I must wait until later when I can afford the secret web site. Thanks again for your belief in me as one of your apprentices.. neil c.
