I own a hairstyling business. 17 salons with about 100 employees. As of now, they are followers. That is the way most business is set up. I would like them all to be working from their own intention. They would be self-leaders but we would remain together as a company. I am at a loss as to how to bring this about. What do you see here that I don’t, if anything?
