No WMV player

Dear Mr. Mark Hamilton and Mr. Charlie Moore:
It took me a long time to save up for an installation of WMV. After installation I was able to view the entire level one meeting. But the next day the WMV player is no longer working. I am going to have to save up for another visit to a reputable Microsoft shop and hopefully this time they can permanently fix it so I can view the whole twelve levels of the secret meetings. Meanwhile all I can do is to read the books from Mr. Hamilton. I don’t have much experience with computer and the people I entrusted to look after my laptop are not doing a good job at keeping it working well at all time. At this time I can only listen in the teleseminars and join in the conference calls by phone. Thank you for your understanding and for your patience. Somehow and someway I am going to get enough money for a professional installation of the Window Media Video player. Have a wonderful and a blessed creative day. Josk :=) :=) :=) :=)
