I’m excited to start this journey anew. The last time I began this year long journey it was interrupted by my deployment to Iraq. So now I am resuming this journey with a new zeal. Also I would like to take this opportunity to thank steve for identifying that anxiety is caused by fear of the past or fear of the future. Following my deployment I have had some difficulties to say the least. None of the professionals I have met with were able to identify this simple yet profound definition. Thank you mark!
