I do not have heirloom package 3

I obviously need to get the 3rd package.What do i do to get it asap? Should I wait untill I am able to read the 3rd heirloom package before I go to the members only secret web site?
I have been playing since my first job at 18. I have excelled in all of my jobs because of this. I am very excited to see what the next 12 months brings…
