Helping those who hardly speak or understand English

I have just got started in this journey. Yet, I cannot stop thinking of the incredible benefits within the meetings. However, I believe that installing a program that allows to choose the language in which some members could better understand the lessons, would help quickly uncover a whole lot of other talents. Some luckier hand-picked ones may hardly speak or understand English and could have hard time expressing themselves or asking questions. Can you help with that?
