As the country becomes fully familiar with the TVP (the non-ruling-class unifier), the people will naturally want this change and vote a TVP president into office. Along with the Prime Law is the Prime Law Budget(or Protection-Only budget); these two will work together–the Prime Law Budget first, followed by the Prime Law.
