Nothing is forced..

Nothing is forced.. Me Myself and I along with We and the people hire this force to keep the bad apples in check .. Even in nature there is balance due to the effect of a ruling force .. Worker bees .. Soldier ants.. Alpha Stallions .. Pride Leaders .. but when the system gets so big .. its hard to weed out the bad apples in our legal system.
