Those articles prohibit initiatory force, fraud and coercion. Now, without getting too detailed here, “Fractional Reserve Lending”, among other fraudulent government operations, has been a primary means by which America’s catastrophic financial condition (specifically inflation) is created. It will certainly be discontinued.– (likely by repealing the Federal Reserve Act) along with ALL other gov’t operations that are not in congruity with the Prime Law.
