We need The Prime Law–ratified to prohibit initiatory force

We need The Prime Law–ratified to prohibit initiatory force which is the fundamental problem. Without the Prime Law, crime, poverty, forced-taxes and all of our other societal problems would still ensue. Our future with a protection-only government will bring about technological advancements to where we will have crime PREVENTION as opposed to just crime follow-up (what we have now).
