An adage says, the country that has no Law there is no sin, but where there is Law governed the country ,everybody should obeyed the rule of Law. For instance, if we can say government is people by the people and for his people, therefore, the 3 arms of government should be independence and make sure there is social justice. There shouldn’t be autocratic or government brutality. The PRIME LAW should be the order of the day and everybody or citizen can have freedom of speech and expression. Thank you.
