You have explain this well. To now move to having this happen, we must find the perfect people, uncorrupted by current situations and put them into power (somehow getting rid of the other guys) and have the rest of us stop being too selfish and support them.
The resistance to this plan, by those currently in power, would be Massive!
To have the perfect world, we need mostly perfect people, and too few people can live up to this standard for the idea to work, unfortunately.
