A few years ago a was in the depression , every day for me was a torture I wait up every morning to cried in silence to what my children with pain in my heart feeling that life is so sad I want to help then ,to see then Happy but my depression don’t let me to enjoy them I spend days and days in bed like a dead person but alive and whit a profound pain in mind and my heart . I take medications for depression for tree years ,That medications send me in more depression every time a see my doctor I say to him every day I am in more depression my mind if confused I star to lose my memory He told me that was normal send me home whit some time a higher dose of medications when I ask him when going to stop the medication He say that depend, may in year or two o never .
I was in complete desperation because my dream was enjoy my life with my kids feel alive again .One day I get a letter for Mark Hamilton He gave the courage to send all the pills to my toilet I was a hard moth But in the worst moment I take the book of Mark Hamilton I started reading .Sometimes A put the book close to my hard And repeated In my mind every word I read in his book I star taking his philosophy of life .
Then the better days star coming my depression go away My panic attack disappeared.Today a live a normal life with My family I enjoy then we play together laugh .And free of medication that was first my mind and taking my life away robing the best time whit my family. Thank to Mark Hamilton I have a Wonderful life now my husband is doing better in his business too He has less stress, He is able to do more in less time .He is more efficient
