I have always wanted to have my own business

I have done things they say I would never be able to do.

Hi Mark, well I am not quite sure how to go about this but I will give it a shot. I have always wanted to have my own business, set my own hours and days. So 2 years ago now I started up my own business doing photography. My first year was bad, I took an 800 dollar loss, but most of that was start-up cost. This year so far I am up 300 from last year’s sales at this time. My business is only part time until I can make more money and find a place to set up shop that I can afford, things like insurance, utilities, rental space, the usual things that go with a business.

I do however feel the stress of not having enough money to advance my business and get it to where I would like to see it. I need new equipment so I can have more options to offer, like postcards, 5×7 prints, greeting cards.

So now just a little note about myself. 17 years ago I was involved in a very bad accident that almost took my life. It left me with lots of struggles. I had to relearn life itself, as if I was going to go to kindergarten for the first time. It has been a long uphill climb for me. I have had one thing on my mind, and that was always to prove the doctors wrong. They were always telling me I will not get any better and I will have to accept that. Well, I am glad to say that today I have accomplished that. I have done things they say I would never be able to do, and this is one of them. Of course I struggle with a lot of things and need help, I do learn but at a much slower pace than most, so I do struggle with some of the day to day life but I manage.

I am sorry to say I wish I could post some of my photos on here, but that is one of the things I have not learned yet, so I am wondering, do you have an address that I could send you some photos in the mail for you to see? Please let me know if that would be possible. Thank you for your time, have a great day.
