after Neothink became a part of my life

This Mini-Day system has taken a stale boring job and turned it into an exhilarating, fun, and flowing operation.

The following is a testimonial of my career before and after Neothink became a part of my life. I am a Project Administrator for a large company doing electronic repair on military aircraft and missile systems. My primary responsibility is seeing that plant operations are maintained through the use of subcontractors. This position requires scheduling the necessary repairs or preventative maintenance (PM) on a 750,000-square-foot building.

My old method was very disorganized and had no real system for scheduling, tracking, or controlling when the maintenance was to occur. In fact, contractors would just show up for some PMs without any prior notification. This would cause me to have to drop what I was doing to assist in their entry into the facility. It was more or less out of control, and I had no idea how to correct the problem.

Then there was the issue of my immediate supervisor. On a person-to-person level he is a great person but lacks the organizational skills often required of a manager. He would often come to me with tasks that would interrupt the flow of what I was working on at the time. This often disrupted the whole day's schedule, and some work had to be postponed until the next day.

The Neothink secrets were introduced to me, and the world was opened up in a whole new perspective. I was given the knowledge of success in business and how to gain control of my career through the "Mini-Day" system. This system has given me the insight to be successful in all that I do, not just at work but at home as well.

Once I put the mini-day schedule in place at work, time started to be less and less of a problem. In fact, I found I had far more spare time than I believed possible. My days now flow like a steady stream from start to stop.

Neothink has taught me how to be in control rather than be controlled. I have taken on much more responsibility in my position and still find I have spare time. My manager now comes to me and asks if my schedule will allow for a task, instead of simply delegating. He has seen the power in my mini-day system and realizes I have control.

I adjust my mini-day, sometimes once a week, as my work increases or decreases. I now have the time to interact with employees one-on-one rather than by phone or email.

This Mini-Day system has taken a stale, boring job and turned it into an exhilarating, fun, and flowing operation. Contractors now follow a schedule and have seen the advantages of my system. Everyone around me has seen a change in my attitude. I have always been a positive, outgoing person, but now there is a glow of confidence in my presence.

Many people at this site are starting to question my success, including managers. I joined an Employee Involvement team and play as a team leader mentoring groups. It has become second nature to me to motivate and coach other individuals in becoming successful in their careers.

I hope to soon be able to introduce the Neothink world to them and watch them grow and excel as I have. This is only a drop in the bucket compared to the many capabilities we have as members of Neothink. There are endless resources, and I plan to tap them all to live the life I was meant to live and become the person I was meant to be.
