Hi, am currently a surgical tech in the OR and am thinking of getting out of the medical feild and getting into the oil industry. I have an associates in engineering and a construction background and also an associates in surgical tech but I currently feel stressed overworked and undervalued at my current job what may be some insight you might have. i feel that I am mechanicaly inclined but being female never persued it.
