I have been working 5 income mini-days at my dead-end rut job around 2 days of value creation with my husband for about two months now. We are in the process of getting a business started and I know eventually I will be working full-time alongside my husband. He may not ever be able to run the financial aspect so I’ll probably be dealing with that as well as other duties. Since he is still recuperating from a couple of severe injuries, he has not been able to work for a couple of years. Anyway, I understand the concept of the TSM and believe I have made TSM’s outside of work. My frustration is that I don’t really know how to look at the numbers at my job partly because I don’t want to go any further in the company. I work in home healthcare and don’t come in contact with any other aspect of the business. My husband is not healthy enough to start working and we are still in the “setting up” phase.
