Hello, I’ve been self employed in the construction business for fifteen years. My Friday night essence has always been building for myself, but not really building someone else’s ideas. I just built myself a home on the Mississippi River and loved the whole process, minus the variance procedures and all the other government waste time bullshit. It is time for me to change, I would really like to start a vacation rental property business. Here I could create my own designs and remodels on the properties and also start a dual essence of spreading the word of new-tech. With a residual income I could free up some time to do so, either by starting a god-man church\/clubhouse and or by giving potential property renters a reduced rate by becoming members or by buying merchandise.
