I am not sure how to begin. I am still wondering how I got here. I have followed the instructions and read most of my three volumes and yes I am definitely starting to think differently. I have always thought there must be more to life but was not sure what I was looking for or how to find it. I was
\nI thought very lucky to be in a position to spend a lot of time with my two sons in their first few years of childhood and I did not want to miss any of those precious moments. I played with them a lot and we all had fun. The idea of playing as an adult appeals to me a lot. I have not yet found my Friday night essence but I have an understanding of this as I always used to admire my mother who had a job she loved and wanted to have the same type of experience. I will now go back to my volumes to study more about finding my Friday night essence. There was so much information in the Level 1 Session building on the information in the volumes and it was a pleasure to meet Mr Hamilton.
