I have been working as a press operator for 7 yrs. I am as high as I can go. I have been applying what I have learned and been applying it but I am not getting anywhere. Seems like they(my bosses) are just using my ideas and my energy. I know all the nitty-gritty details from the basics all the way up to running the shop as a supervisor, but I am still just treated as a press operator and constantly looked over.
