I have just reviewed the Level 1 meeting for the 3rd time and I am amazed with all the information that is now available to me! I work 10 hours a day in a retail store and I am having trouble breaking my day into physical movements which I feel is slowing my progress of breaking into integrated thinking. I would love to have a disc to pop into my CD player while on a 40 minute drive to and from work to further help me.
