Business of the Future
My question is specifically focused around starting new business and the Division of Essence. Controlling everything that moves. The business I am setting up now is the installation of Solar Electric Systems. After long hours power thinking the structure and using the tools I have the areas set up as follows;
Marketing – tracked to the generation of sales for incentive
Cost of Solar Electric System components and Technology. (value of what the customer wants) broken down by 4 areas Lower Cost, Higher Reliability, Utilization of space, Amount of electricity produced for this area incentives.
Installation Tracked by Higher labor efficiency, lower install time, tool innovation/reliability, initial power up with zero defects.(works right the first time)
Business leader- track reports, system monitoring, finance, innovation engineering, publicity.
