I’ve been a value creator ever since I was a teenager and I was able to work.It was fun for awhile, and it did seem like playing. Some companies these days expect you to work harder for less pay, and practically expect you to lay your life down for their sucess. I do beleive it is time to become a self-leader and escape this anticivilization. I would like to work in a NEOTHINK world where performance pay and being properly rewarded for hard work is honored. I think being paid and respected for hard work is the key to making work fun and exciting.
