There is no doubt that the personal agendas and financial interests of our leaders and those who pull their strings, have utterly subsumed any benevolent role of government. However, I believe that the role of government is to GOVERN not simply administrate. It is to show leadership and shape the social and moral direction of the country in order to lift the population from the gutter of its mob-mentality behavior. Mat B.
