Because we are conscious–unlike animals, plants and so on, we are not limited to the “Forces of Nature”–which allow for problems regarding ego, greed and selfishness,etc.–wanting to “hold each other down” in competition. Those “Forces of Nature” are stimulated by political leaders/external authorities among other things.
