Intelligence Quotient only has meaning in terms of specialized knowledge. It is the belief for example that only the few can do mathematics. In reality, being good at mathematics has more to do with integration and practice than innate IQ. In a Prime Law dimension IQ as a definition of intelligence will be meaningless.
