Mark Hamilton, this is beautiful and thoughtful. Unfortunately this will face a lot of obstacles and haters. I think the greatest opposition will come from Religion. Religious people (Christianity specifically) hate the idea of “free will” for citizens. They will interpret this as immoral and “promoting sin”. Even in America the Catholic and Christian community treats the country like it should be a theocracy and they want to enforce their views into legislation. D.Z.
