The number of laws in the United States of America and the world – local, state, and central government – is a burden to both the governance and those governed to such as extent as to have nearly caused global disaster many times. The burden of law has stifled personal growth and world progress for thousands of years. Only basic regulatory and penal law should exist. Laws should only be enforced by jury of true peers.
