I listened intently and I acknowledge that the goal is to have a perfect society. Perfection cannot come from imperfect beings. We are all born with “imperfection” and no one ever makes the best decision every time. If corruption is able to mutate and infect various levels of society, so must the laws be able to able to adjust to criminal acts. The emblem “snake rising up on a staff” isn’t the best choice.
