How would the Prime Law deal with a government entity that becomes a dictator over the use of materials, i.e., used ammunition, and who should get them?
The Prime Law restricts government from regulating business. Only in the instance that initiatory force is a concern can government get involved in use of materials/used ammunition shells etc. Private business has complete control over its own property.
