Level 01

I still find the discussions fascinating, but i look upon them as a new method of management. I am a retired veteran of the military and I currently work for the state in which I reside. I was born in the military and spent the greater part of my life within it. I’m not business minded so I cannot help wondering how and why I was chosen to become part of this society, especially at my age, (52). At work I am currently trying to learn all the nitty, gritty details to make myself indispensable, but the job is highly structured so the mini- week protocol is definitely out of the picture. Until I find some way to fit more if not all of this knowledge into my job I guess I’ll keep learning from the group.
