I am 57 years old, having lived a life in service to others in healthcare, and at 57 years old realizing that I am not prepared to retire, nor do I want to. After delving into neo-tech, I realize there is a dream inside of me waiting to become a reality, that will bring great enjoyment to many people in various places. Is it pure folly to think that food and entertainment can create value?
