I am a single woman and my mind does run a little wild at times, always creating new dishes of food, but also art . Does this fit the bill / also my mind seems to fall in sectors of human compassion. I could be a handful if I was rich I must tell you . Get people who have a back ground in construction who have fallen on hard times, get money backers to run with me on this , purchase homes that are in bank foreclosure maybe ran down a little . Now of course evaluate property as to money that can be made, but my kicker is put in this construction worker in this home to live an work on it an have a roof over his head also install solar to make the sell more appealing to buy, that is a edge above others. The worker lives there till it sells, gaining a small profit to progress on his own or move on with us, choice is his. All done in contracts so everyone comes out feeling progress was made on all parts.
