Hi, Mark, and thank you for our first debut meeting.I see depression and mental illness as the greatest impediment to value creation and adults playing like children in the civilisation of the universe. It is difficult not to be affected by all the death and suffering in the world presented every day by the predominantly negative media.What is your way of remaining positive and dealing with mental illness in the anti-civilisation.
