i want to thank you for choosing me to be a member and being my mentor mark.I CAN TELL THAT MY LIFE IS DEFINETLY CHANGING ON ALMOST A DAY TO DAY BASIS.Since i have been reading your works i have lost 112 pounds and am feeling and looking great.one of my friends wanted to know what was going on with me and all i told him I HAVE A GREAT MENTOR.I am also having to beat the ladies off with a stick,i am like a magnet to them and i know it is my new found confidence from your works.thank you again Mark
