Dear Mark,
I have to confess I am having issues accepting this idea of “World’s First Immortals.” In fact, after looking at the front page of the third package, I wasn’t really impressed and put the book aside. I have since gone back and read but I have yelled at the book a few times. There are things I have been able to do since I was a very very little girl and I just can’t bring myself to agree with the idea. It is possible that I am reading and or understanding the meaning in a manner other than that which is meant. If so, it seems I am in need of more explaination. I was raised in a world that states “Mortal death MUST occur to achieve Immortality.” In other words, my body of flesh and bone must perish while my spirt lives on. I have a body, but I am a spirit.
