I am the same. I don’t have a job either. To set up the mini day, what I did was took my desire to have my own business and custom home, I started what i call window shopping. I went to different stores and shops picking up samples, books, pamplets, What I didn’t get for free some I bought. I then set up my mini-days accordingly, to my phone calls looking for contractors I might use. Electricians, gardeners, landscapers, real estate agents, etc.. Keeping all receipts of what I spent for later. Shopping, is when I spend the time to look through the books, samples, pamplets. These have time to it, when the time is up I move on to something else. I’ve set up time to go out and look at different locations of where I want this to be.
