Like many of the other commentors here I am retired and well out of the working pool.
The world described in Book 3 is amazing fiction or faction as you wrote. It is like a lot of science fiction I have read in the past. BUT I see that it could and probably will become a reality sometime in the future. I’ll be long dead when that happens.
HOWEVER, though I really have no funds to contribute to making it happen I would be very interested in joining together with other Neothink members to help pursue whatever it might take to end up with that reality. The Church of God-Man or even polictically.
