About two years ago I started to think of myself as of immortal!
And then I knew what do I have to do!
I talk to my body-(trillions cells-every material or physical object has consciousness) every day and I have confirmation of being on the right direction!
Yes, I exercise almost every day-running, push ups, chin-ups.
Life is incredibly good!
