Level 02

I understand the concept of the miracle as my foreman used to allow me full rein of my job and a large part of his and if unsure he was always there to answer. But now they have removed all of this and do things so unorganized but I still see there point too. I have even made recommendations but they are only willing to go so far and they need to do more.
